Production Manager Trainee

Enerjazz is building battery swapping network (like gasoline stations) for 2M+ electric vehicles in India. Enerjazz is looking for a Production manager trainee based in Delhi NCR to oversee our organization’s production targets. You’ll have to ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently and manage the vendors for sourcing components for production Responsibilities of the job include Planning and organizing production schedules Assessing project and resource requirements Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and vendors Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met Determining quality control standards Overseeing production processes Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment Supervising and managing the work of junior staff Key skills required Street smartness and confidence Good technical skills (Mechanical, electrical or electronics) industry experience in automotive, electronics and metal fabrication is advantageous Very good vendor management skills Leadership and interpersonal skills Problem solving skills Communication and team-working skills Patent pending battery tech developed inhouse.
