Position Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced, mission-aligned seller who will own the entire B2B sales cycle for employer benefit programs and support sales initiatives to digital health platforms, fitness companies, and clinical research groups. You’ll prospect, qualify, run discovery, negotiate, close, and expand accounts—building a repeatable outbound motion from the ground up.
Full-Cycle Sales Ownership
Source, engage, and qualify HR leaders, benefits managers, and wellness-platform decision makers
Lead discovery, product demos, and solution design to articulate SiPhox’s ROI for employee health and cost reduction
Draft proposals, negotiate terms, and close new contracts to meet or exceed quarterly ARR targets
Onboard new employer clients, ensuring smooth program launch and adoption
Nurture and expand accounts through renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities AI-Enhanced Prospecting & Outreach
Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn, etc.) to build lead lists, personalize messaging, and improve response rates
Design and iterate multichannel outbound sequences that consistently book discovery meetings Pipeline & Forecast Management
Own end-to-end opportunity management in HubSpot (or similar CRM): stage progression, forecasting, and data hygiene
Analyze funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize conversion rates Go-to-Market Strategy & Enablement
Partner with leadership on ICP refinement, pricing, and packaging for employer verticals.
Collaborate with marketing to develop sales assets (decks, one-pagers, case studies)
Share market feedback to inform product roadmap and competitive positioning Must-Have
3+ years B2B sales experience
Experience closing deals with employers, HR / benefits teams, or healthcare payers
Hands-on expertise with AI-powered prospecting and personalization tools
Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills
Self-starter who thrives in high-growth startup environments and can build processes from scratch Nice-to-Have
Familiarity with HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, or comparable sales-tech stack
Network in health, wellness, fitness, or employer benefits industries
Knowledge of biomarkers, lab testing, or health-optimization solutions
Base salary commensurate with experience + generous commission
