<h3>π Description</h3> β’ Looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Self-Service Data Analytics Lead
β’ Support IVR and chat self-service platforms through robust data visualization, analysis, and reporting
β’ Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports to meet business needs
β’ Analyze self-service data to support requests from internal teams and leadership
β’ Partner with IT and product teams to understand existing dashboard data
β’ Identify issues within self-service platforms through data trends and anomalies
β’ Use data-driven analysis to recommend improvements to IVR and chat experiences
β’ Monitor key metrics proactively to detect and address issues
β’ Deliver insights and updates through meetings, dashboards, and written reports
β’ Maintain data integrity by validating data accuracy across systems
β’ Conduct ad hoc deep-dive analyses to uncover trends
β’ Support testing and deployment of new self-service features by setting up data tracking <h3>π― Requirements</h3> β’ Bachelorβs degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field
β’ 5+ years of experience in data analytics, visualization, or a similar role
β’ Experience creating reports and presenting analytical findings to stakeholders
β’ Familiarity with IVR and chat self-service platforms and key performance indicators
β’ Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
β’ Strong presentation and communication skills
