Senior Data Analyst

<h3>📋 Description</h3> • Lead end-to-end execution of high-impact analytics projects from planning through delivery. • Define and refine best practices for analytics development, data modeling, and data quality assurance. • Make key decisions on tools, architecture, and workflows to support scalable analytics efforts. • Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align analytics initiatives with strategic business goals. • Maintain transparency across data projects through effective communication and collaboration with the Data & AI team. • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards across analytics outputs. • Create repeatable and efficient development methodologies. • Ensure consistency and performance of analytics platforms and tools. • Mentor analysts and support their professional growth through feedback and training. • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning. <h3>🎯 Requirements</h3> • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role. • Proficiency in SQL and at least one data analytics language, with a preference for Python • Strong background in data modeling, analytics design, and statistical methodologies • Experience with business intelligence (BI) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker); Tableau experience is required • Deep understanding of analytics platforms, ETL processes, and data quality standards. • Proven leadership experience including mentoring and project management. • Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities. <h3>🏖️ Benefits</h3> • 2 rest days per week • 13th Month Pay • Paid vacation and sick leave • HMO coverage upon regularization
