About the Role: We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Senior Demand Generation Manager to own and optimize the buyer journey across Fieldguide’s key practice areas. This role will lead the planning and execution of lifecycle campaigns—including email, social, webinars, and third-party sponsorships—with the goal of educating, engaging, and converting our target audience throughout the funnel. You’ll be the connective tissue between Content, Product Marketing, ABM, and Field Marketing—ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time, through the most effective channels. What You’ll Do: Develop Persona-Based Journeys: Define and implement tailored marketing journeys by practice area and persona, aligned to buyer needs and funnel stages. Own Email Nurture & Lifecycle Campaigns: Build and optimize segmented email nurture programs and lifecycle campaigns with personalized messaging. Partner with Marketing Ops for execution, testing, and measurement. Manage the End-to-End Webinar Program: Own webinar strategy, promotion, logistics, and post-event follow-up to maximize lead generation and engagement. Activate Social Campaigns: Work with the Content Manager to develop channel-specific social strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and thought leadership across core personas. Optimize Website Conversion: Lead the strategic approach to converting website traffic into qualified leads. Partner with Brand, Content, and Marketing Ops to improve conversion paths, optimize landing pages and CTAs, and evolve our gated content strategy. Support Integrated Campaigns: Collaborate with ABM, Field Marketing, and Product Marketing to deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns aligned to company goals and sales priorities. Leverage Third-Party Sponsorships: Manage relationships and activations with third-party vendors (e.g., eblasts, sponsored webinars, content syndication, newsletters etc.) to expand reach and generate leads.
