<h3>πŸ“‹ Description</h3> β€’ We are looking for a mission-driven Senior Manager of Analytics Engineering to join our team. β€’ In this position, you will play a pivotal role in building out Hopscotch Primary Care’s data and analytics platform and leading the data engineering team. β€’ This role will be a key part of the engineering team, reporting to the Senior Director of Engineering. β€’ You will have an opportunity to own end-to-end execution of data products and initiatives that directly impact the care delivery process working closely with analytics, product management and stakeholders across the business. β€’ You will be part of a skilled, passionate, and collaborative team committed to working together to realize Hopscotch Primary Care’s ambitious and important vision. <h3>🎯 Requirements</h3> β€’ Knowledgeable about healthcare, preferably in the services/provider sector β€’ Results-driven and focus time/resources against the most important priorities β€’ Strong problem-solving skills paired with creativity in finding solutions to arrive at optimal outcomes β€’ Willing and able to be hands-on-keyboard to deliver on solutions and initiatives β€’ Strategic and can bring a structured, proactive approach to get things done β€’ Can quickly develop insights from data, and translate findings into action β€’ Demonstrate first-principles approach to understanding and solving new problems β€’ Can translate complex concepts, verbally and in writing, and use synthesized communications to collaborate across an organization β€’ Experience shipping production level code and pipelines for data purposes β€’ Familiarity with healthcare data sources, interfaces and software including EHR, population health tools, patient portals, and clinical decision support technology β€’ Understanding of healthcare operations and clinical workflows to enable anticipating end user needs and requirements β€’ Comfortable writing clear, testable python code, with pyspark experience preferred β€’ Experience with tools to build re-usable, testable, and maintainable data models β€’ Experience with data lake solutions such Palantir Foundry, Databricks, ect. β€’ Experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS) and working with serverless computing services (e.g. Lambda) β€’ Degree from a 4 year institution or above; experience in healthcare technology is a strong plus β€’ Ability to travel as business needs require (~10%)
