Senior Product Engineer

We’re a small, energetic team entering the growth stage of our journey after being in the YCombinator W23 batch. As founders, we’ve grown the product to $2.8+ million CAD in ARR and believe in continuing to build on profitability over funding. We’re looking for talented & driven people to help achieve our vision of simplifying complexity. TL;DR: Permanent | Full-time | Vancouver, Canada | Hybrid work | $120-$160k (CAD) + profit share + equity Stack: Typescript, NodeJS, VueJS, PixiJS, TailwindCSS, Cloud Run, WebSockets, Firestore, Firebase, Cloud Storage and Redis. What to expect: Work closely with customers, designers and engineering to understand problems in-depth. You’ll take ownership of what you build end-to-end, and will have a large influence in the products journey and direction. Build beautiful frontend UIs and backend services/APIs to create elegant solutions, that go beyond just solving the problem. Actively engage and collaborate with the team in person. Not your regular corporate job, you’ll wear all the hats 🎩. Experience with our tech stack is a head start but not essential. Ideally you’ve worked with scaled systems with lots of data. You’ll iterate a lot. We build using Typescript, NodeJS, VueJS, PixiJS, TailwindCSS, Cloud Run, WebSockets, Firestore, Firebase, Cloud Storage and Redis.
