Bot MD is a Y Combinator-funded startup on a mission to Empower Doctors around the world. We’re building a suite of AI agents that help doctors, nurses, and clinic staff automate manual workflows and drive smarter, more efficient patient engagement—all through chat platforms that patients already use (like WhatsApp, Viber and FB Messenger). Our impact is especially critical in large, underserved healthcare systems across emerging markets.

We believe in creating products that delight clinicians and scale across hospitals and clinics without heavy onboarding or integration. Just like how clinics and hospitals across Southeast Asia intuitively know how to onboard onto the WhatsApp Business platform — we want to create a fast, intuitive, and self-serve platform.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with experience building Healthcare or Technology SaaS platforms from zero to one, who thrives in ambiguity and loves scaling simple, self-serve products. You’ll lead the product strategy and roadmap for Bot MD Care, our AI-driven patient engagement platform, and work closely with our founders, design, and engineering teams to double our user base and patients served.

This role is ideal for a hands-on, entrepreneurial PM with strong product instincts, a love of well-designed products, and who is comfortable with a high pace of execution and solving problems by shipping fast and learning even faster.

Responsibilities

• Own the Product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Bot MD Care to become a scalable, DIY platform that hospitals and clinics can onboard themselves to
• Directly manage engineering and product design to drive product execution from Figma screens to prototype and launch
• Prioritize ruthlessly to deliver maximum impact—whether that’s an MVP, an onboarding flow, or a scalable backend improvement
• Champion user empathy through customer feedback, usage data, and field research
• Drive data-informed decisions through experimentation, KPIs, and analysis of business impact
• Work across functions to ensure alignment and execution at scale

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B healthcare tech
• Proven zero-to-one product building experience with strong examples of products you launched and scaled
• Strong user empathy and the ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive products
• Track record of working in fast-paced startup environments and delivering results
• Clear communicator who can inspire and align cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills and interest in user analytics to drive better product decisions
• Experience building or contributing to self-serve platforms or onboarding flows
• A builder’s mindset—you are hands-on, humble, and obsess over getting things into users’ hands
• BA/BS or equivalent experience.
