Alex (Debt Collector) - Conducts professional voice communications for collections, speaking with customers to arrange payments, negotiate plans, and ensure timely follow-ups while maintaining regulatory compliance. Zara (Receptionist) - Masters voice-based front-office management, engaging in natural conversations to route calls, schedule appointments, take detailed messages, and resolve customer inquiries with a friendly, professional tone. We are hiring both BACK-END and FRONT-END engineers (read through for full info) A) Back-end Role

1. Role Overview: As a Back-End Engineer at CozmoX AI, you'll architect and build scalable, secure, and high-performing server-side applications that power our AI-driven services.

Mastery of SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience building high-performance microservices architectures. Strong familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes. Demonstrated track record of building systems handling millions of requests. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical skills, and passion for technology. Implement rigorous testing to ensure robustness and maintainability. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Contribute to defining best practices and architectural standards. Develop world-class, highly responsive user interfaces using modern frameworks (React, Vue, Angular). Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate designs into exceptional UI/UX experiences. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across platforms.
