• Velt SDK: JS SDK to add powerful collaboration experiences to your own product for your end-users. This helps you ship such experiences ridiculously fast, increase user growth and engagement.
• Superflow: JS plugin to enable product, marketing and design teams to comment and collaborate directly on their websites. This helps them iterate and ship their products 10x faster. We are a team of ex-Googlers. We've launched products like Augmented Reality in Google Search & Maps. As an early team member, you will work directly with the founders.

We are looking for a passionate Fullstack Engineer to build 0-1 products. Your work will power critical experiences on world-class products and brands.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong engineering fundamentals

• Thrive with autonomy, own the details and project manage your own work

• Overall SWE experience of atleast 3 years

• Own projects like microservice architecture, usage analytics, APIs, integrations, webhooks, AI systems etc.

• You have experience working independently with abstract problem statements.

• You have experience thriving in unstructured and ambiguous environment.

• You get excited about just delivering - whether it’s a juicy challenging problem or a dry boring problem.

• You have the ambition to be the best in your craft.

• You are excited about the problem we are working on and have an opinion about the problem/solution.

• You have overall SWE experience of atleast 3 years.

• You have worked at atleast one company for >2 years.

• You have prior relevant experience of atleast 1 year building one of these:

  • microservice architecture, usage analytics, APIs, integrations, webhooks, AI systems etc.

• Why are you the right fit? We're building an SDK that adds a performant & robust multiplayer experience to any web app. We abstract away the infrastructure complexity for the developer. They have access to simple & beautiful APIs that gives them full control to make the UI feel native.

This is a highly complex and exciting problem.

In this interview, I will deep dive into how you think, solve problems & work with other people. We will go deeper into specific examples from your past work experiences.

You will get a technical problem to work on.

We will provide you with a small project to work on. You can work on this part time at your own pace. During the project you will have access to us, you can ping us if you have any questions.

In this round you present your project to us. Here, we are mostly interested in the approach you took to solve the problems you faced, any deep insights you learnt etc.

Within 24 hrs of this round, we will make a decision and update you.

If we make an offer, we will discuss the compensation, equity and benefits at length with you on a call. Our offer conversations are longer than most other companies.
