Maven Bio is transforming the way BioPharma companies evaluate therapeutic opportunities through purpose-built AI and a proprietary database of structured biopharma intelligence. As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll build scalable systems, robust data ingestion pipelines, intuitive interfaces, and efficient retrieval mechanisms that directly support high-impact decision-making.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate directly with the CEO and technical leadership to influence strategic product and architectural decisions.

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend services, data ingestion pipelines, and APIs.

• Implement robust data retrieval systems and scraping pipelines capable of handling vast and complex datasets.

• Build intuitive, performant frontend interfaces that enhance user interaction and facilitate complex biopharma analyses.

• Own projects from inception to production, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

• Work closely with internal teams and customers to refine product features based on feedback and real-world use. Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience with production-grade systems.

• Strong proficiency in Python (Flask, SQLAlchemy) and experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js preferred).

• Demonstrated ability to design and deploy scalable data ingestion and retrieval pipelines.

• Extensive knowledge of relational databases (Postgres preferred) and experience managing infrastructure on AWS.

• Proven ability to deliver user-centric, intuitive product experiences with meticulous attention to detail.

• A "builder" mindset with demonstrated experience developing impactful products.

• Startup experience or a high level of adaptability and grit is highly desirable. What We Offer:
