Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Solutions Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between Roe AI’s advanced data platform and our clients’ unique business needs. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to design and implement tailored solutions that address complex risk and compliance requirements. Additionally, you will contribute to creating compelling product demo videos and marketing materials that effectively communicate our platform’s value proposition. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and technical requirements, particularly in risk and compliance contexts. Solution Design: Develop customized solutions leveraging Roe AI’s platform capabilities, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry regulations. Technical Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept presentations to showcase solution value and feasibility. Implementation Support: Assist in the deployment and integration of solutions, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting as needed. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams to relay client feedback and influence product roadmap. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions, including technical specifications and user guides. Marketing Support: Contribute to the creation of product demo videos and sales materials that effectively communicate the platform’s features and benefits. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with data pipeline tools such as Airflow or dbt. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. AI/ML Understanding: Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly in natural language processing and unstructured data analysis. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
