In this role, As Team Manager, you will be responsible for :<br><br>• Manage job assignment on a day-to-day basis, monitoring performance on job or queue adherence, volume, and quality.<br>• Ensure productivity is maximized through supervision, training, analysis, and feedback of performance data on a periodic basis.<br>• Develop the work schedule for the week by balancing work across various workflows and/or navigating competing delivery priorities.<br>• Liaise with Program Management and other global operations team leads to manage risks & propose mitigation strategies.<br>• Track quality and utilization metrics<br>• File and track tickets, following up on blocks to productivity.<br>• Provide regular, formal & informal feedback to direct reports.<br>• Identify and help implement process-related improvement using methodologies such as Kaizen, six sigma, or lean.<br>• Communicate effectively in Spanish and English.<br><br>If you're ready to make a significant impact in the world of AI and lead a team on the front-line of speech and language technology, we want to hear from you. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor Degree or advanced college education or experience in a Leadership or related position with management. <br>• Advanced proficiency level in both verbal and written communication in Spanish, Portuguese and English. <br>• 2+ years of demonstrated people management/ leadership role with 15-20 direct reports. <br>• Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators. <br>• Creative and analytical problem solver. <br>• Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to pull data from numerous databases and perform analysis as needed. <br>• Organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail. <br>• Demonstrated adaptability to a constant and fast paced environment. <br>• Remarkable analytical, problem solving, logical reasoning and people skills. <br>• Excellent communication, strong organizational skills and very detail-oriented<br>Please note this role is full on site and DOES NOT offers remote option.
