Volunteer Internship

<h3>📋 Description</h3> • Volunteer Student Intern position in the AI/ML Portfolio • Assisting with operational support, engagement, and research for DoD • Virtual internship with potential for on-site work • Active contribution to internal and external engagements • Independent project with presentation at conclusion of internship • Monthly training sessions and bi-weekly check-ins <h3>🎯 Requirements</h3> • Pursuing a BA or MA in relevant fields • Familiarity or interest in science and technology policy, innovation, and defense policy • Preferably a college junior, senior, or graduate student • Preferably maintaining at least a 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale) • Excellent writing and research skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Working knowledge of computer applications such as G Suite and Microsoft Office Suite • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and manage in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated organizational skills <h3>🏖️ Benefits</h3> • Unpaid internship • Invaluable experience as integrated members of the team • Training sessions with technology stakeholders and experts • Personalized feedback on assignments
