<h3>📋 Description</h3> • Design and prototype machine learning models and neural ODEs for complex biomedical datasets
• Optimize model performance and manage large-scale data pipelines
• Apply statistical methods (MLE, bootstrapping) and nonlinear optimization (e.g., CPLEX)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready ML systems
• Monitor model accuracy, data quality, and real-world deployment performance
• Document research processes and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
• Support innovation by exploring new ML techniques and experimentation frameworks
• Communicate project status clearly and drive outcomes independently <h3>🎯 Requirements</h3> • 5+ years of experience in machine learning research and development
• Strong Python skills (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch); experience with scientific computing
• Proven expertise in neural networks, ODEs, and neural ODEs
• Background in nonlinear optimization and statistical modeling
• Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or related field
• Self-driven, strong communicator, and comfortable with loosely defined tasks
