Senior Machine Learning Scientist

<h3>📋 Description</h3> • Design, build, and maintain foundational systems and services that power GoDaddy’s search/ML/GenAI platform. • Work with the latest deep learning and search technologies to develop and optimize advanced machine learning models to improve our customer’s experience. • Be self-driven, understand the data we have, and provide data driven insights to all of our challenges. • Mine datasets to develop features and models to improve search relevance and ranking algorithms. • Design and analyze experiments to test new product ideas. • Understand patterns and insights about what our users search for and purchase to help personalize our recommendations. <h3>🎯 Requirements</h3> • 4+ years of industrial experience with a strong background in both deep learning and software development. • Experience with machine learning, statistics, and NLP. • Experience with large data sets. • Experience with a machine learning platform such as pytorch. • Experience with a programming language of your choice: Python, Java, etc. • Familiarity with large-scale data analytics in Spark. <h3>🏖️ Benefits</h3> • We offer a range of total rewards that may include paid time off. • Retirement savings (e.g., 401k, pension schemes). • Bonus/incentive eligibility. • Equity grants. • Participation in our employee stock purchase plan. • Competitive health benefits. • Other family-friendly benefits including parental leave.
