<h3>📋 Description</h3> • Design and implement AI-driven automation in Oracle Cloud ERP and Workday HRMS.
• Integrate and extend ChatGPT MCP for multi-modal assistants.
• Develop and deploy custom AI chatbots and virtual assistants.
• Automate repetitive tasks across ERP and HR systems using AI and RPA tools.
• Use Oracle Integration Cloud, Boomi, Mulesoft, and Workday Extend to integrate AI models.
• Apply OCI AI Services, OpenAI APIs, and Workday Prism Analytics. <h3>🎯 Requirements</h3> • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of AI/ML engineering experience, ideally in enterprise HR and finance environments.
• Hands-on experience with both Oracle Cloud ERP and Workday HRMS applications.
• Experience building and deploying LLM-powered assistants, such as ChatGPT Enterprise or custom GPT agents for HR or business operations.
• Industry experience in healthcare, government, or regulated environments is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs, and Oracle AI Services.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and Workday HRMS, including Workday Extend and Workday Prism.
• Solid background in SQL, data modeling, and predictive analytics.
• Familiarity with RPA platforms like UiPath, or Mulesoft RPA.
• Expertise in integrating AI into enterprise platforms using REST APIs, GraphQL, and OCI AI Services.
• Experience developing or integrating ChatGPT MCP for HR or ERP applications is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
