<h3>π Description</h3> β’ We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking AI Engineer to join our AI research team for ERP.
β’ This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the future of enterprise software by designing, developing, and deploying AI systems, intelligent agents, and orchestration frameworks, while also focusing on streamlining the deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI solutions (e.g., MLOps, LLMOps).
β’ You will operate at the frontier of the AI landscape, where your work will directly influence how enterprise software evolves into an AI-native platform.
β’ By enabling intelligent agents to reason, act, and collaborateβdriving automation, adaptability, and next-generation business intelligence. <h3>π― Requirements</h3> β’ Generative AI Foundations: Proficiency in leveraging Language Models (e.g., LLMs, SLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and prompt engineering.
β’ Infrastructure & Deployment: Experience with design and implementation of MLOps pipelines at scale.
β’ Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and DevOps practices.
β’ Agentic Architecture & Orchestration: Experience in agent development frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, including AI integration patterns and standards such as MCP or A2A.
β’ Data Integration & Event-Driven Systems: Familiarity with event-driven systems like Kafka, Flink, and Spark Streaming.
β’ Programming: Strong programming skills in Python, .NET, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
β’ Soft Skills Collaboration & Communication: Work effectively across architecture, AI, product, and engineering teams.
β’ Agile Mindset: Comfortable with iterative delivery, version control, and DevOps practices.
