β’ Education: Degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
β’ Process Design: Design conversational UX for complex business use cases.
β’ Vector Databases: Prepare, index and search reference data for use in AI pipelines.
β’ Prompt Engineering: Apply zero and few-shot, classification and fact checking techniques.
β’ AI Orchestration: Manage prompt pipelines, APIs, vector search, business rules and related state.
β’ AI Observability: Instrument experiences for testing, reporting and optimization.
