• The role will chart the future of Twilio’s global machine learning teams and infrastructure; serve as a center of knowledge across the company.
• Responsibilities include ML strategy development, architecture & design, cross-functional collaboration, innovation & leadership, model lifecycle management, mentorship & training, and quality assurance.

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Python, and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Cloud Services: Deep understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, especially in deploying and scaling ML models.
• Modern ML Platforms: Proficient in the design and implementation of ML supporting infrastructure for training, serving, and monitoring applications.
• Analytical Skills: Proven ability to solve complex problems and develop data-driven solutions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Team Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
