Component Supply Manager, Product Manufacturing and Build Management

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience with supply chain, manufacturing, and materials management and planning.

Preferred qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in materials management with mechanical suppliers.
• 2 years of experience in commodity management.
• Experience manipulating data with sheets/spreadsheet software.
• Experience in CTB (clear to build), managing supplier forecasts, subcomponent reporting, and split adherence within the global supply chain.
• Experience in supply chain with excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to be detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

As a component supply manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth flow of materials by meticulously on time delivery and supplier performance for mechanical suppliers and proactively identifying and resolving any gaps between orders and commitments. You will lead efforts to pinpoint and address supplier capacity constraints, collaborating closely with Global Commodity Managers (GCMs) to implement effective solutions. You will lead the charge on resolving shortages and ensuring critical material availability and mitigating future shortages . Responsibilities:

• Review supplier demand and supply commits and manage global shortages and mitigate future shortages.
• Lead the identification and resolution of supplier capacity constraints, collaborating with Global Commodity Managers (GCMs) to develop and implement effective solutions.
• Work to improve supplier performance.
• Work with suppliers to review on time delivery and create improvement plans as required.
