• About this Role: We are looking to hire a Data Analyst with strong technical skills in data engineering, analysis, and Salesforce platform development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a quickly scaling SaaS environment, understands the importance of reliable revenue data, and can bridge the gap between engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building data pipelines, crafting actionable insights, and writing Apex code to optimize Salesforce data workflows. <h3>🎯 Requirements</h3> • 5+ years of experience in data engineering or data analysis roles, preferably in a SaaS or B2B tech company.
• Deep experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud), including Apex, SOQL, Flows, and platform integrations.
• Strong SQL and Python skills, with experience transforming and modeling large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with modern data stack tools: ETL (e.g., dbt, Fivetran), orchestration (e.g., Airflow), and data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Proven ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with business tools like HubSpot, ClickUp, PowerBI is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.0. <h3>🏖️ Benefits</h3> • Competitive Base Salary: $95,000 - $118,000 based on experience and location.
