• Plays a leadership role in the definition and execution of the Information Management roadmap
• Provides data architecture thought leadership
• Partners with Business stakeholders to identify needs and guide technology capabilities
• Practices self-leadership and promotes learning in others
• Establishes collaborative, cross-functional relationships <h3>🎯 Requirements</h3> • Bachelor’s Degree
• A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in information/data architecture
• ITIL experience or certification
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Advanced degree in Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Machine Learning, Computer Science or related fields is a plus
• 2+ years’ experience in Healthcare Enterprise Information Management
• Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
• Agile Experience (Scrum, SAFe)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Extensive expertise in Oracle or MS SQLServer or MySQL database
• Expertise in data modeling software such as ER Studio, ERWin or other comparable tools
