<h3>π Description</h3> β’ Analyze and Assess Risk: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, transaction patterns, and user behavior to identify and assess potential credit, fraud, and compliance risks.
β’ Develop and Implement Risk Controls: Partner with product, engineering and data science teams to design, build, and deploy automated risk controls and decisioning systems that balance user experience with platform safety.
β’ Contribute to Strategic Planning: Provide valuable insights and recommendations to leadership on risk trends, policy improvements, and long-term risk strategy to support Found's growth and expansion.
β’ Optimize Processes: Proactively identify areas for improvement in existing risk management processes and workflows, and drive initiatives to increase efficiency and scalability. <h3>π― Requirements</h3> β’ 5+ years in Analytics or Data Science
β’ A strong analytical mindset and are comfortable working with large datasets to derive actionable insights. You are skilled in using tools like SQL, Python, or other analytical software.
β’ Strong communication skills, the ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex risk issues and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
β’ Experience effectively influencing and partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
β’ Previous experience working at a fintech.
β’ Previous startup experience.
