Founding Engineer

Roger helps companies build and scale their pipeline Roger automates outbound sales. Prospecting, research and outreach to get our customers automated demo meetings. What You’ll Do • Build and ship core features across our full stack (React, Node.js, Postgres) • Architect data flows for high-scale email and LinkedIn outreach • Work on custom lead-sourcing logic, scraping, and enrichment • Collaborate with the founder on everything from AI prompt design to performance debugging • Push code daily, talk to users weekly, and break things often What We’re Looking For • 2–5 years of full stack experience shipping real product • Strong React and TypeScript skills • Experience with Node.js and Postgres • Bonus: Worked with scraping, email infra, or AI agents • Hungry, curious, fast-moving mindset — you don’t wait to be told what to do Why Join Us? • High expectations, high upside.
