Throxy builds vertical-specific AI Sales Agents for legacy industries where generic outreach tools fail. In just six months we’ve grown to >$1 M ARR.

We’re looking for someone who can help us scale and keep accelerating.

• Productionize AI agents at massive scale – design and extend the data-ingestion and orchestration layer that turns millions of raw company & people records.
• Ship new agentic workflows – prototype end-to-end LLM playbooks (research, enrichment, multi-channel outreach) and push them to production in days, not months.
• Frontend – craft real-time dashboards for customers.
• Close the feedback loop – work on early versions of the first ranking models to create a self-improving outreach flywheel.
• Scale with confidence – own performance, observability and reliability as we grow to hundreds of customers.
• High agency, we believe agency will be the defining trait in the future of work.
• 2-4 years shipping production code across TypeScript, React, Next.js.
• Comfortable juggling imperfect specs, moving extremely fast, rapid iterations and a intense on-site cadence. We’re a tight-knit team of engineers and operators committed to solving hard problems that push companies forwards. If this excites you, we'd love to hear from you.
