• Conduct cutting-edge research in large language models (LLMs), natural language processing, personalization, and related areas.
• Explore, develop, and implement novel ML techniques and algorithms to enhance model performance and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with ML engineers and product teams to bridge theoretical insights and production-ready models.
• Publish findings in top-tier conferences and journals, and maintain active involvement in the ML research community.
• Identify and leverage emerging research trends to drive continuous innovation within the company. <h3>🎯 Requirements</h3> • Ph.D. (preferred) or Master’s in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields
• 2+ years of research experience focused on ML, deep learning, NLP, or related areas
• Strong expertise in Python and research-oriented ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, or JAX
• Proven track record of publications at top conferences or journals (NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, ACL, EMNLP)
• Deep understanding of state-of-the-art LLM techniques, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), prompt engineering, or related methods
