Founding Recruiting Lead

Confido is a next-generation financial automation and intelligence platform that helps fast-growing CPG brands operate and scale more efficiently. Confido is building an AI-native operating system for brands that sell into brick-and-mortar retail. We’re building intuitive and powerful software paired with AI agents that help brands automate the 1000s of hours of tedious manual work that goes into scaling a brand in retail. Brands like Baskin Robbins and Olipop use our first products in accounting and planning to account for and plan for $Bs of retail revenue. We have millions of ARR, best-in-class growth, and best in class efficiency. We’ve recently raised an unannounced Series A round to build on the existing momentum. You will be the right hand to the CEO and CTO building the team. We also use a variety of cloud/serverless services including AWS Textract, Lambda, S3, SES, Postgres, Porter K8s, and Render.
