As we scale our platform and expand our AI agent capabilities, we're looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our founding engineering team. - Advanced interfaces for our GTM agents that make complex AI capabilities intuitive for sales professionals
- Scalable backend systems that process and analyze massive datasets to power our recommendation engines
- Real-time monitoring and feedback systems to continuously improve agent performance
- Integration layers that connect our platform with CRMs, sales engagement tools, and other customer systems
- New agent capabilities across our core embedding search technology (PersanaVector™)
- Shape the architecture and technical direction of a fast-growing AI startup
- Build features that directly improve the effectiveness of sales teams at our customer companies
- Work closely with our AI/ML team to bring cutting-edge language and embedding models into production
- Contribute to a product that's changing how businesses discover and connect with each other
- 3+ years of experience building production web applications
- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and React
- Experience with backend technologies like Node.js, Python, or similar
- Familiarity with database design, SQL, and NoSQL solutions
- Strong computer science fundamentals and problem-solving skills
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Interest in AI/ML applications and data-intensive applications
- Experience building applications that integrate with LLMs or other AI models
- Knowledge of sales tech, CRMs, or B2B prospecting workflows
- Background in search, recommendation systems, or information retrieval
- Experience at fast-growing startups or YC companies
- Contributions to open source projects
- Work with a founding team that combines domain expertise from LinkedIn, Shopify, and Element AI
