This inefficiency inflates the cost of basic services, hurting everyone in America. About the role

We are looking for a highly technical, hard-working, and scrappy full-stack engineer to join the team. You’ll work alongside our 6-person engineering to build and maintain product features. 

Responsibilities

• Lead development of product features while ensuring the system is scalable, reliable, and meets the needs of our customers

• Stay up-to-date with the latest LLM best practices and apply them to our product

• 1+ years of experience with fullstack engineering using React, Next.js, and relational databases

• Offer Product: Drillbit is the first fully self-managed FSM (Field Service Management). We use AI receptionists and an LLM-based quoting tool on top of our in-house FSM to manage jobs end-to-end. Our agents manage leads, scheduling, quoting, staffing, and even collecting payment. You can think of us as a hands-off AI-based operating system for home services.
