About Flair Labs Flair AI is a first-of-its kind agent platform for top real estate and lending teams, building production ready voice AI. We recently closed a seed round and achieved remarkable growth, reaching $1M in revenue within four months. Our team is composed of experts from Apple, Citi Group and Stanford AI Lab, and we operate out of our in-person office in Palo Alto. About the role Skills: Python, FastAPI, Kubernetes, Kafka, Google Cloud Roles and responsibilities Design scalable solutions and ship features for a production-ready voice agent platform. Lead initiatives in backend and infrastructure, with opportunities for ownership and growth. Collaborate closely with designers and engineers throughout the design and implementation phases. Provide technical support, customer success assistance, and implementation guidance directly to our customers. Design scalable solutions and ship features for a production-ready voice agent platform. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. A founder-like mindset with a passion for taking responsibility and making a significant impact. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly learning and adapting to new challenges. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to commit to decisions even when there are disagreements. Previous startup experience is a plus.
