• Present data-driven recommendations to HR and business stakeholders, clearly articulating implications and supporting them with sound reasoning.
• Design and develop reporting solutions to support key business stakeholders.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Looker Studio.
• Manage and enhance a portfolio of existing dashboards by implementing updates and improvements.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of ETL processes.
• Drive optimisation and automation initiatives to improve workflows for internal teams.
• Collaborate actively on cross-departmental data projects.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses to support data-driven decision-making. <h3>🎯 Requirements</h3> • 3+ years of professional experience in HR data analytics.
• Strong SQL skills, with proven ability to extract and manipulate data from relational databases; experience with Google BigQuery is a plus.
• Solid data visualisation skills; familiarity with tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau is an advantage.
• Exposure to scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
