• Translate complex business needs into scalable data solutions using modern data tools.
• Guide best practices in data modeling, transformation, and visualization.
• Own and evolve our analytics platform, including our use of Looker, DBT, and Snowflake. <h3>🎯 Requirements</h3> • 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis or data engineering roles.
• Deep curiosity about business performance, with a demonstrated ability to ask high-impact questions.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, DBT, and Snowflake.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong quality mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when translating data for non-technical stakeholders.
