• Phaidra creates AI-powered control systems for the industrial sector, enabling industrial facilities to automatically learn and improve over time.
• We use reinforcement learning algorithms to provide this intelligence, converting raw sensor data into high-value actions and decisions.
• We enable domain experts (our users) to configure the AI control systems (i.e. agents) without writing code.

• Phaidra is based in the USA, but we are 100% remote with no physical office. <h3>🎯 Requirements</h3> • 7+ years of work experience in software engineering, at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or a related field.
• Prior experience successfully leading a team of engineers solving complex technological problems in the domain of Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning.
• Either deep expertise in ML engineering and MLOps or production level Deep Reinforcement Learning.
• Experience building large scale multi-tenant systems with high availability, fault tolerance, performance tuning, monitoring, and statistics/metrics collection.
• Experience as a service owner of a realtime production system - thereby understanding the importance of monitoring, oncall and operations.
• Experience delivering solutions on a combination of cloud and on-prem environments.
• Strong understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.
• Excellent communicator, written and verbal, ability to work in an all-remote setting across timezones
