• Drive automation and efficiency to enable marketing innovation
• Work cross-functionally to identify strategic opportunities for AI integration
• Manage complex implementations and build scalable solutions
• Develop and execute the generative AI roadmap for marketing
• Translate marketing needs into scalable technical solutions
• Explore and apply generative AI models that enhance content creation
• Manage system integrations across tools like HubSpot, Salesforce
• Project manage end-to-end implementation of AI initiatives
• Champion generative AI adoption and change management across teams
• Establish metrics and analyze performance of AI-powered marketing initiatives
• Continuously evaluate and evolve AI tooling to ensure competitive edge <h3>🎯 Requirements</h3> • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, technical program management, or business systems
• Hands-on experience with tools like n8n, Airtable, OpenAI, HubSpot, and Salesforce
• Demonstrated experience implementing AI tools and automation workflows end-to-end
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment skills
• Innovative thinker with a passion for emerging generative AI technologies and digital transformation
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with technical and strategic components
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
• Experience in a similar role at a tech-forward or innovation-focused organization
• Exposure to a range of AI technologies from low-code platforms to custom-built solutions
• Familiarity with data integration, APIs, or light scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python)
• Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development
• Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.
