We are looking for a dynamic, high agency MLRO to instill and maintain a strong culture of Compliance within a fast-moving team that will soon be responsible for billions of dollars of traded volume every day. Implement and Maintain our Robust AML/CTF Policies We are in the process of getting licensed with the Bermudan Monetary Authority; you would set up the processes required to maintain our compliance obligations with them, including monitoring. Develop Policies and Procedures for our FCA-licensed MTF We are intending to get a license with the FCA, for which you would lead the compliance effort. Oversee KYC/CDD & Transaction Monitoring Ensure end-to-end customer onboarding and ongoing due diligence, including sanctions screening, PEP/PEP+ checks and transaction monitoring rules, are fit and calibrated. Lead AML Training & Compliance Culture Develop and deliver mandatory AML/CTF training programs, maintain a live issues-log and escalate any material breaches or trends to senior management. Deep knowledge of UK Trading Venue and Money Laundering Regulations. Proven track record building end-to-end AML programs in trading or exchange environments (KYC/CDD, monitoring, sanctions). Degree from a highly ranked University in your country. 5+ years’ AML/CTF compliance experience in an FCA-regulated bank, CFD firm or trading venue. Deep knowledge of UK Trading Venue and Money Laundering Regulations. Proven track record building end-to-end AML programs in trading or exchange environments (KYC/CDD, monitoring, sanctions).
