<h3>📋 Description</h3> • Join us in shaping the future of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI). • Lead the designing, developing, and scaling novel algorithms and models. • Serve as the subject matter expert and lead developer for key GenAI technologies. • Play a leading hands-on role in all aspects of core GenAI research. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain product technology leadership. • Participate in high-level technical decision making process within Articul8. • Disseminate research results at top-tier conferences and journals. • Mentor and guide junior team members. <h3>🎯 Requirements</h3> • PhD/MSc degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning (ML), or a related field. • 8+ years of experience as an AI researcher with a track record of applied research work acting as a hands-on technical leader developing novel techniques for AI in general; and 3+ years of experience actively developing GenAI technologies. • A strong background in parallel/distributed computing (preferably on the cloud). • Proven track record of publications in top-tier conferences and journals. • Experience developing tools, libraries, and infrastructure for data preprocessing, model training/finetuning, and deployment of LLMs in research and production environments. • Machine learning, deep learning, probability theory and statistics, natural language processing, computer vision, data wrangling and preparation, model evaluation and interpretation. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborating on code repositories is crucial. <h3>🏖️ Benefits</h3> • Embrace diversity and inclusiveness • Nurture curiosity and creativity • Mentorship and knowledge exchange • Support personal and professional development
