We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow our customer base and scale our sales engine. As the first point of contact for potential customers, you’ll identify pain points, generate leads, and convert interest into opportunities. You’ll work hands-on with the founders in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of outreach, discovery, and relationship-building across the entire sales funnel. What you will be working on Work directly with the CEO on high-impact sales initiatives Own the full prospecting cycle — from identifying potential leads to engaging and converting them via phone, email, and social media Experiment with and implement new inbound and outbound lead generation strategies Develop deep product, market, and customer understanding to tailor pitches and close deals Conduct in-depth market research to identify target accounts Create and refine sales materials, scripts, and templates; lead internal knowledge sharing. Step 2: Practical exercise & role play 💡 At Mercura, we value our applicants' time. That's why we compensate you with €50 if we ask you to complete a take-home challenge. A practical exercise to showcase your skills, followed by a call to walk us through your approach, insights, and solution for the exercise. The call will also include a brief role play in which we simulate the interaction with a customer.
