• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to transition AI research into operational environments
• Build and deploy AI agents to automate and optimize labor-intensive workflows
• Ensure AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, transparency, and fairness principles
• Conduct research, develop prototypes, and evaluate and document results
• Share discoveries and seek feedback within the team <h3>🎯 Requirements</h3> • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and over 2 years of relevant experience, or a Masters degree with 0-2 years of experience
• Experience with LLMs and agent frameworks
• Good understanding and experience working with generative AI models
• Good understanding and experience working with Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Great communication skills, able to explain AI model results to a non-technical audience
• Proficient in data exploration techniques and tools
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), such as DevSecOps
• Experience with Cloud Service Providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure
• Experience with deployment into virtualized hardware
• Scripting proficiency (linux bash or Powershell or equivalent)
