Job Description

<h3>πŸ“‹ Description</h3> β€’ Staying proactive with data technologies and trends, the Senior Analytics Engineer will implement innovative solutions while maintaining deep technical knowledge to support current and future (Analytical) Engineering needs. β€’ In addition, on the Analytics side you will provide accurate and timely reports, identifying trends and patterns in the data, and providing current and predictive insights and recommendations for process improvement. β€’ This role will engage with cross functional business stakeholders and data engineers, ensuring that best practices are defined and followed throughout the landscape. <h3>🎯 Requirements</h3> β€’ Proven experience (5+ years) in data engineering, including building and managing data pipelines, data warehousing, and ensuring data quality and integrity. β€’ Expertise in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure, with hands-on experience creating efficient and effective data solutions in a developing and evolving infrastructure. β€’ Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing solutions like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery. β€’ Develop and implement data quality and data management processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity. β€’ Design and automate data workflows and processes to streamline data analysis and reporting β€’ Track record of success in building new analytics engineering processes preferred β€’ Experience deploying MDM and Data Catalog Solutions preferred β€’ Experience working with large amounts of data and extracting insights from complex datasets β€’ Demonstrated track record of driving impact through data-driven decision-making. β€’ Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, knowledge, and experience with Python, Alteryx, and Snowflake preferred β€’ Experience with statistical modeling and predictive analytics preferred β€’ Work closely with stakeholders from finance, IT, marketing, supply chain, commercial, and operations to understand their data needs and deliver solutions. β€’ Facilitate cross-functional collaborations to drive data-driven decision-making. β€’ Implement data validation, monitoring, and governance practices to ensure data integrity and compliance.
