β’ Weβre hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer to build and scale the data systems that transform how both our team and healthcare organizations understand their impact.
β’ Youβll architect and develop robust analytics pipelines that turn complex healthcare data into actionable insights for both internal stakeholders and external customers.
β’ This role puts you at the center of enabling data-driven decisions across Healthie and the healthcare organizations we serve. <h3>π― Requirements</h3> β’ 5+ years of analytics engineering or data engineering experience, with strong skills in SQL and data pipeline development
β’ Youβre proficient in working with large-scale databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and modern data stack tools, particularly dbt, Snowflake, and Metabase
β’ Knowledge of Python or Ruby for data processing, automation, and integrating with Healthieβs existing stack
β’ Youβve built production-grade analytics systems and self-service data platforms that serve external customers
β’ Youβre skilled at transforming complex data into clean, actionable insights and customer-facing reportsYou think beyond one-off analyses β you build reusable, automated analytics infrastructure that scales with the business
β’ You prioritize data quality, privacy, and compliance, building systems that meet healthcare standards like HIPAA
β’ You implement robust data testing, monitoring, and observability practices to ensure reliable analytics systems
β’ Familiarity with data governance frameworks and metadata management
β’ You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams, including external customers
