<h3>📋 Description</h3> • ChowNow is one of the leading players in off-premise restaurant technology. • Our platform helps owners focus on what they do best—serving great food—by offering solutions across the entire digital dining experience. • We support over 20,000 restaurants across North America, helping process $1B+ in gross food sales while saving our partners over $700M in third-party commission fees. • We empower independent restaurants to own their customer relationships and avoid inflated pricing and fees charged by 3rd party delivery apps like Uber and Doordash. • As a Senior Data Analytics Engineer at ChowNow, you’ll be responsible for ChowNow’s data platform, built on Snowflake, dbt, and AWS. • You’ll partner with others to build the tools that inject high-quality data and insights into both internal decision-making and customer-facing products. • This is a unique time to join a team that is developing a modern state-of-the-art data stack, has executive sponsorship, and contributes directly to the company strategy, business growth and product development. • Reports to a Senior Engineering Manager; No Direct Reports <h3>🎯 Requirements</h3> • You have excellent skills in analytical SQL (dbt is a plus) • You have a strong understanding of cloud data warehouses (Snowflake is a plus) • You have 4+ years of experience in at least one major programming language (Python is a plus) • You have 3+ years of experience in one of more data visualization tools such as Tableau, Sigma Computing. • You love diving into data to understand what it means and how it affects the business • You like collaborating with multiple stakeholders • You enjoy iterative, agile-like development process with frequent releases • You take pleasure in writing quality, highly maintainable code and documentation • You thrive in environments supporting your growth, and where you can support others • You’re excited about new technologies and spend time staying up to date in the industry • You have a passion for fitting pragmatic solutions to problems <h3>🏖️ Benefits</h3> • Expected Base Salary Range: $145,350 - $189,750 depending on candidate location • Ongoing training and growth opportunities. • A "Best Place to Work" winner multiple times where we focus on creating a great employee experience. • Rock solid medical, dental, and vision plans. • Mental Health Coverage - we offer several programs to support your mental health and wellness goals. • Unlimited Paid Vacation.
