<h3>📋 Description</h3> • Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning and generative AI models aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of customer onboarding.
• Apply a strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, various frameworks, and model selection to solve complex business problems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, actively exploring and integrating cutting-edge techniques into our solutions.
• Utilize your robust statistical knowledge to inform model development, interpret results, and ensure the reliability of our analytical insights.
• Demonstrate exceptional and creative problem-solving skills to tackle unique challenges within the ServiceTitan customer journey.
• Design, implement, and rigorously test Generative AI and ML solutions, evaluating their performance and impact.
• Strategically determine the most appropriate modeling approach (traditional ML vs. Generative AI) for specific problems, and effectively design tests to evaluate multiple approaches.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to seamlessly deploy models into production environments, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Leverage cloud computing services, preferably Azure, to build and maintain robust data science infrastructure and pipelines. <h3>🎯 Requirements</h3> • 5+ years of experience in a data science role, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Deep understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, common frameworks, and hyper-parameter tuning.
• Expertise at using data science Python stack (e.g., numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, xgboost, lightgbm, PyTorch, transformers).
• Strong statistical foundation, including hypothesis testing, experimental design, and causal inference.
• Demonstrated experience with Generative AI concepts and practical application in developing and testing GenAI solutions.
• Experience deploying machine learning models into production environments and familiarity with MLOps best practices.
• Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms, with a strong preference for Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with coding in C# and .NET is nice-to-have, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
