• You’ll craft the UI that makes AI-powered mental healthcare feel intuitive, human, and seamless.

• You’ll lead front-end architecture for our patient & provider platforms, ensuring world-class UX.

• You’ll collaborate with AI engineers to design LLM-driven interfaces that intelligently surface insights.

• You’ll optimize real-time workflows that help clinicians see more patients with less admin work.

• Building interactive Next.js 15 interfaces for our AI-enhanced patient portal & provider tools.

• Designing & implementing real-time scheduling, messaging, and decision-support UI.

• Developing reusable components & design systems that ensure accessibility, performance, and HIPAA compliance.

• Optimizing for speed & engagement—our patients need fast, frictionless experiences.

• Integrating AI into front-end workflows, allowing providers to instantly access insights from LLM-driven automation.

• 4+ years experience in modern front-end development (React, Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS).

• Deep UX/UI expertise—you know how to make complex workflows feel effortless.

• Comfort working with APIs & real-time data (GraphQL, WebSockets, or event-driven architectures).

• Familiarity with AI-assisted UX (LLM integrations, intelligent UI design, etc.).

• HIPAA/security mindset (or willingness to learn—we handle PHI, so compliance matters).

• $60-160K salary + 0.2-0.8% equity.

We are actively improving our services in ingesting, chunking, embedding, caching, and searching to achieve this goal. Our technical goals include:

• Enhanced processing: Implement robust data structures and caching mechanisms to handle increasing volumes of language data spanning every facet of patients’ care while minimizing latency and maximizing system responsiveness.

• System scalability: Ensure our systems can scale effectively to support growth from one million to hundreds of millions of data points.

• Securing sensitive data: Uphold the highest standards of data security and privacy in compliance with HIPAA guidelines. ##Stack TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, Supabase, Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, LangChain, PostHog, Retool
