As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. In this role, you will be at the forefront of orchestrating and optimizing a portfolio of technical transformation engagements that drive significant value and improve constituent experience. You will be on providing program and portfolio oversight, leading initiatives, and collaborating with the technical and program teams executing the work. You will provide thought leadership, technical direction, and delivery management expertise, collaborating with cross-functional Google executives, business teams, and key technical leaders including Architects, Engineers, and executive client stakeholders like Chief Technical Officer (CTOs) and Chief Information Officer (CIOs). You will oversee programs involving numerous technical and program team members, ensuring successful planning and deployment of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) solutions. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
