Technical Product Manager, AI Platform, Remote

Our AI Platform team is at the forefront, building the foundational tools, services, and infrastructure that empower internal product teams to seamlessly integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities into Aledade’s products and develop powerful internal AI solutions. • As a Technical Product Manager on the AI Platform team, you will be instrumental in defining and delivering the roadmap for our internal AI ecosystem. You will partner closely with engineering peers, collaborate with diverse internal product teams, and work with business and clinical leadership to ensure our AI platform optimizes for efficiency, innovation, and value across the organization. <h3>🎯 Requirements</h3> • 6+ years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services industry, or a SaaS product. • Experience using data and primary research to inform solution design and build internal business understanding. • Experience with and understanding of the software development lifecycle and software development methodologies. Preferably experience with Agile / Scrum teams. • Product development experience in the context of the development of a healthcare technology product. • Experience working on or leading products for an AI/ML platform team and building a platform to scale vertically and horizontally. • Proven track record of building and launching AI/ML platforms, tools, or internal services that enable other product teams. • Deep understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, MLOps, and scalable AI infrastructure (e.g., model training, deployment, monitoring, observability, reliability). • Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies, including prompt engineering strategies and VLMs. • Strong ability to translate technical concepts and platform capabilities into value propositions for diverse internal stakeholders. • Comfort managing a broad set of stakeholders across various internal product and engineering teams. • Experience in a healthcare technology environment. <h3>🏖️ Benefits</h3> • Flexible work schedules and the ability to work remotely are available for many roles • Health, dental and vision insurance paid up to 80% for employees, dependents and domestic partners • Robust time-off plan (21 days of PTO in your first year) • Two paid volunteer days and 11 paid holidays • 12 weeks paid parental leave for all new parents • Six weeks paid sabbatical after six years of service • Educational Assistant Program and Clinical Employee Reimbursement Program • 401(k) with up to 4% match • Stock options • And much more!
