How you’ll make an impact Strategic Candidate Sourcing: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies across channels—LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, niche communities, referrals—to build proactive pipelines. Who you are 3–5 years of specialized sourcing experience (technical, biotech, healthcare, or AI preferred), particularly in high-growth or startup environments. Mastery of sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, social platforms, niche communities. Skilled relationship builder—comfortable navigating partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams. Highly organized, metrics-driven, with a penchant for tracking funnel health and optimizing sourcing channels. Excellent written and verbal communication, able to tailor narratives to diverse tech and healthcare audiences. Startup-ready: self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and thrives in fast-moving, evolving environments. Bonus: experience in healthcare/AI hiring, ATS like Ashby, or using AI tools to enhance sourcing efficiency.
