Job Description

Jiga transforms the traditional way manufacturers do business. We're building a digital platform that streamlines the complex, inefficient process of procuring manufactured parts directly from suppliers, making it automated, collaborative, and data-driven. VP Marketing Remote | Full-Time We’re looking for a VP of Marketing to lead our next stage of growth. For us this is one of the most important roles in the company. You’ll lead positioning, growth, messaging, content, brand, in-person marketing, execution and own the systems that help us scale. This role is for someone who deeply understands what drives trust and action for a technical audience, can move fast, and loves experimenting and building scalable systems. About Jiga Jiga is the professional manufacturing platform that helps the world’s best companies make their products. Companies don’t buy the software from us - they source the critical parts that help them launch satellites, build robotics, and change the world. The business model is a managed marketplace with manufacturing suppliers and with us taking a cut of the transaction. Customers love our platform. We have an incredibly strong product-market fit and differentiation: People share it organically, bring us along when they change jobs, and even send us notes with heart emojis 💙. That word-of-mouth is fueling explosive growth, and now we want to amplify it and get the world to know about us. We’re a remote-first company with a small office in TLV. We don’t count hours - we measure performance. We hate micromanagement and unproductive meetings. We trust our team to deliver. We also play online games together, encourage hard questions, and fly everyone out once a year for a week-long offsite in a beautiful location to have fun and connect (Previous offsites were in Greece and Albania). You’re a fit if you have 10+ years in B2B marketing, with 5+ years in leadership, including owning full-funnel growth at a fast-paced startup targeting technical audiences Proven success owning a marketing budget of $2M+ annually and driving measurable revenue growth Experience building and scaling high-performing marketing teams across brand, content, growth, and demand gen Strong grasp of positioning and messaging for technical buyers — engineers and supply chain pros Deep understanding of modern B2B marketing systems Comfortable owning shared revenue goals with sales, and aligning tightly with product to drive impact Great communicator with a strategic mindset, fast execution, and bias toward action Experience in marketplaces, manufacturing, or hardware is a plus GTM motion overview Our GTM motion is bottoms-up. Engineers find us, sign up and place a first order with low risk and friction. That’s the starting point. From there, they invite colleagues, share feedback, and use the workspace to collaborate and scale their manufacturing. We expand inside the org based on usage and relationship-building. It starts small, but grows into large, multi-stakeholder accounts. We often get pulled into new companies when someone changes jobs and brings us with them. We’re building growth loops around these triggers, and surfacing signals for sales so they can jump in at the right time. Marketing here is not just a top-of-funnel engine that hands MQLs to sales. It’s a full-loop, cross-functional revenue system that drives signups, conversion, expansion, activation, retention and WOM. Strategy, messaging and positioning You need to go deep into how mechanical engineers and supply chain pros think. What makes them trust someone, what makes them try something new, what makes them switch, how we differentiate, understand our ICP better than anyone. You’ll own the messaging that runs across every touchpoint. Growth Loops We already have working loops in place, for example: Engineers hear about us→try → invite teammates→bring us to their next company You’ll scale these loops and build new ones. You’ll help us build systems to track, activate, and accelerate them. Brand building and awareness People actually love working with us - that’s rare in this space. The goal is to take that emotional connection and turn it into a brand. A real community and reputation in the market. Channels overview You’ll own and scale our marketing channels. Our top channels so far are: Influencer and community marketing: engineers follow content creators, influencers and communities, which drives awareness and trust SEO / GEO: people reaching us from search engines and LLMs consuming high-intent content Physical marketing: We engage with our customers on a physical level often - eventually we get physical parts and packages made. this presence of packages and parts on our customers desks and our sales reps meeting them at in-person events or on site visits, this creates a lot of creative opportunities Signal-based outbound: We build systems that turn prospect touchpoints and signals like intent content visits, job changes, usage, and signups into warm outbound We’re still early in figuring out our ideal GTM motion. You’ll also push into underutilized or new channels, experiment, measure, and focus on what actually works. What you’ll do Own and execute the full marketing strategy - from brand to demand gen Build scalable activities to grow awareness and generate high-quality leads Develop messaging that resonates with engineers and supply chain teams Collaborate closely with sales and product to align on growth goals Oversee content, campaigns, events, and external partners Build and lead a high-performing team Marketing culture and approach We understand how B2B marketing works. You’ll be treated as a key revenue-driving function, with the resources, independence, and creative freedom you need. Your voice will matter in decision-making. And no, you won’t be only measured by last-touch attribution 🙂 We already have a strong position in the market that deeply resonates with our audience, and a bold, fun brand that shakes up the industry. Getting stuff done - ultra fast with strategic depth and bias to action, we're genuinely excited about revenue and growing the business We see brand as a company-wide responsibility that’s reflected in every touchpoint and action we take We love to get brave and creative yet professional in an industry where everyone in the space is very boring and traditional (think sales before Gong) Very data oriented, measuring initiatives with tangible KPIs but with the understanding that building a strong B2B brand takes intentional long term efforts and many unknowns, and we understand the complexity of B2B attribution We see marketing as a core revenue function, tightly connected to sales through deep alignment and shared ownership of results We use AI in many ways and always on the lookout for non-fluff ways to build leverage with it Leveraging the unique exceptional love for our product, growing the network of fans and the professional networks that gets built around the brand - hacking the community and relationships aspects of it (in an industry where most competitors are disliked) .
