About the Role

Account Executive role at Strac, a cybersecurity startup. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, driving new business in AI-native DLP & DSPM. This is an early-stage, high-impact position with growth into sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline creation and management through outbound and inbound efforts
  • Lead discovery conversations with CISOs, security, compliance, and IT leaders
  • Deliver tailored product demos showcasing Strac's data protection capabilities
  • Run full sales process from qualification to pricing, negotiation, and signed agreement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, marketing, and product teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Experience in full-cycle sales from prospecting to close
  • Ability to drive pipeline creation and manage sales cycles
  • Skill in delivering product demos and handling negotiations
  • Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide field feedback

Nice to Have:

  • Background in cybersecurity, SaaS, or data infrastructure
  • Experience working with a CMS like Webflow or Letterdrop
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn distribution best practices
  • A personal blog, writing samples, or portfolio of ranked/converted content
