Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable algorithms using machine learning and neural networks
• Research and design new algorithms to improve platform efficiency
• Train ranking models and run experiments
• Adapt machine learning methods for distributed and GPU environments
• Work with engineering teams to code deliverables

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Research/work experience in machine learning, NLP, deep learning, or related AI fields
• Programming experience in Java, C++, Perl, PHP, or Python
• Experience with machine learning methodologies

Nice to Have:

• PhD in Computer Science or related technical field
• 3+ years experience as Applied AI Research Scientist/Engineer
• Experience with large scale model training and speech-based systems
• First author publications at peer-reviewed AI conferences
• Experience taking ideas from research to production
